A program designed to move you from now, to the future-self you’re capable of becoming. It all starts with a deep dive conversation into your “why’s” and your challenges.

2:1 Private Personal Training

The same accountability and elite attention as 1:1, but with a partner of similar ability, conditioning-level and goals.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Designed for those ready to train independently after completing 8, 1:1 sessions. Semi-Private is high-level coaching plus the support and energy that comes with working in a like-minded group. Each athlete continues to follow their individualized training program under the guidance of a professional trainer. Limited to four.

Phat Camp is strength and conditioning that supports a high-performing life. This is not random bootcamp-style training-it’s strategic, scalable, and grounded in smart programming. Limited to 10.
